RYVENA Returns & Refunds

We want you to genuinely love your sleep ritual.

30 Nights. Sleep on it.

Every RYVENA product carries a 30-night trial. Contact us within 30 nights of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Sleep Mask, Pillowcase and Washbag

Sleep in it, wash your hair on it, use it properly — that is the point. If it isn't right, send it back in good condition with its original packaging.

Nose Strips and Mouth Tape

Try them for 30 nights. If they're not for you, contact us for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened packs don't need to come back.

Bundles and value packs

Return the whole bundle and you're refunded the full bundle price. Return part of a bundle and the items you keep are charged at their individual price, with the difference refunded.

Where a bundle includes a Silk Washbag at no extra cost, the washbag forms part of that bundle. Return the bundle in full and the washbag comes back with it.

Shipping charges on a return

Change-of-mind return postage is at your cost, and the AUD $9.99 shipping paid on the original order isn't refunded.

If your order qualified for free shipping and a partial return brings the items you keep below AUD $130, AUD $9.99 is deducted from your refund.

Shipping Protection, if you added it, is non-refundable once your order has shipped.

Faulty, incorrect or damaged items

Contact operations@ryvenaofficial.com — we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return postage and the original shipping charge, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to request a return

Email operations@ryvenaofficial.com with your order number. We'll confirm next steps within 2 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days. Your bank or card provider then takes a further 3 to 10 days to show it.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
